Terms & Conditions

Order

• All items are priced in SGD currency and does not include shipping/handling fee.
• All items sold are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
• Strict inspection will be carried out to ensure that there are no defects before items are delivered.
• Colours might differ slightly due to lighting and monitor resolutions.

Payment

• Kindly make payments within 24 hours after CONFIRMATION email is sent. Orders that are not paid within 24 hours will be automatically cancelled and a new order will need to be submitted again.
• Orders will only be confirmed when payment is received.

Shipping/Delivery

• We will NOT be responsible for any packages lost/damaged in the mail.
• To ensure safe delivery of your package, all deliveries must be made to a residential or business address.
• Re-routing fees due to incorrect/incomplete address provided will be charged to Customer’s account
• Lead time of delivery solely depends on the mode of delivery and upon verification of payment from the date of processing your order. We will ship the item within 1-2 days upon confirmation of payment.
• Transit time is in business days, excluding Saturday, Sunday, public holidays in Singapore and customs delay.

Backorders

• Waiting time is subjected to supplier stock avaliablity and amount of backorders.
• No cancellation is allowed once backorder is confirmed.
• However, if the product is discontinued, payment will be refunded.
