How to Order

We’re glad you like what you see! Here’s how you can Bag.IT.

Orders

Send us an email at it.theshop@gmail.com with the subject Order indicating the below in your email:

• Product name/number (this is indicated under each Bag.IT product. eg: PKM – Red)
• Quantity
• Your name
• Your email address
• Your contact number
• Your delivery address (Residential or Business addresses only)
• Preferred mode of delievry: Norma mail or Registered mail
• How did you hear about us?

Confirmation

• Your order will be processed within 24 hours and you will receive a confirmation email from us with the total amount payable.
• If you do not hear from us, please do email us again as technology do fail from time to time.

Payment

• Payment must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation. Orders will be deemed cancelled if payment is not received within 24 hours.
• If you’re unable to make payment within 24 hours of order confirmation, just let us know, we’ll be happy to hold the product for you for another 24 hours. Orders will be deemed cancelled if payment is not received thereafter.
• Once you receive the confirmation email from us, payment can be made by fund transfer via Internet Banking to our POSB Savings Account. We will provide you with the account number in the confirmation email. Please let us know once payment is made by replying to the order confirmation email we sent you.

Shipping and Delivery (within Singapore)

• For order of 1 item, shipping and handling is at a flat rate of SGD$1.50.
• Free shipping within Singapore by normal mail for purchases of 2 items and above. Purchases have to be within a single transaction and shipped to the same address.
• For shipping within Singapore by registered mail, please add additional SGD$2.50 to normal mailing rate (if applicable) and order amount.
• Delivery by registered mail is strongly encouraged as Bag.IT will not be responsible for orders lost/damaged via normal mail.
• Delivery will only be made upon receipt of payment
• Your order will be mailed to you within 1-3 days of receiving payment

Shipping and Delivery (outside Singapore)

• For delivery rates outside of Singapore, please email us your order and we will advice shipping rates upon confirmation.
• Delivery will only be made upon receipt of payment.
